"Don’t buy from here,illegal plates"

Thought I had bought a personalised legal reg plate for my son for christmas, I found out it was illegal as spacing, letters and numbers etc were not fit for purpose. Tried to contact them by phone but they said on messenger the phone lines were down. They replied and said it was illegal, but would not offer refund and won’t reply anymore. I have contacted PayPal and they are very kindly going to refund the money, but not the company.

Website indicates next day delivery,….”Order in next X hours for next day delivery”….charges £5.99 for postage. Then once ordered, you get an email saying delivery 3-5 days. This business is deceitful and should not be trusted. Not at all happy as I needed next day delivery! Poor decision on my behalf…AVOID! Emailed owner and just got excuses and more deceit.

Update…Plate has been delivered and is good quality. Shane they cannot be honest regarding delivery times!

Bought a personalised number plate for our son, it was so easy to upload the image we wanted (football badge) delivery was great and super fast and the quality of the plates are great! The image looks fab can’t wait to see him open them Christmas Day!
