My case was heard at the crown court in Chester, where I was represented by a gentleman Damian Zelazowski. In the build up I felt that Damian took his time to to analysed the details and predict the outcomes of what was the best approach to paint the picture of how to defend you to obtain maximum credit. Damian in a discerning way played his cards very well, as I placed my faith in him and trusted he will speak well on my behalf where I felt that Damian put it better than I could of done myself, he did very well. Also allot of work was done behind the scenes by Stuart flood who represented me at the majestrates in Crewe who got to know me quite well, handed over the case to Damian in great detail, as some of the things mentioned when defending I don’t think I mentioned to Damian. However I believe this demonstrates the great team effort and work ethic that came from the team of pool & alcock that delt with my case. I feel that Damian’s picture that he was able to paint for me in court Relating with the clear sighted work that was also done before hand with Stuart flood was a great effort and a detailed character picture that was built of me which Damian highlighted was determined for a great outcome which I am very pleased with. I would say if the unfortunate case anyone has to come into contact with the courts where you need representation be honest and put your faith into there hands, they know what they’re doing, I would definitely recommend.
