I had cause to return a pair of Puma football boots which were faulty, the sole had come away from the upper. I spoke to Darren and sent a picture of the faulty boot. He immediately offered a new replacement pair or a full refund. The money was in my account after Two days.
The problem with the boot had nothing to do with galaxy sports and I would still use them again due to their excellent customer service.
