A pair of shoes was returned almost 2 months, as I needed the next size up. Although they were returned via standard Royal Mail (albeit without a tracking reference) the parcel somehow disappeared between sending and delivery apparently. At first Galaxy Sports returned emails however this ceased with the last 2 emails I sent (quoting the order number) as obviously they can't be bothered now. I'd recommend steering well clear.
