I wish I had read the reviews too, they advertised a Kindle as reduced from £89.99 down to £39.00 using a photo of a NEW Amazon Kindle Fire, the Kindle arrived in a grey plastic bag, no box, just wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap inside the bag. When I unwrapped it I was horrified, scratched all over the case and screen, a deep scratch to the screen! This Kindle should have been binned, not sold as "reduced from £89.99)
I have contacted the seller but with no response............. Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought through Wowcher, meant to be refurbished, it is not and is even locked.
Extremely disappointed.

I redeemed a Wowcher for an Amazon Kindle Fire 7. I read the Trust Pilot reviews after I had redeemed the voucher and panicked that I would not receive the item or that the item would be poor quality. I reached out to Hate My Phone who reassured me the item had been dispatched and provided updated tracking details. I have received the Amazon Kindle Fire and it works perfectly. Great customer service and the item was as described. I don't normally leave reviews but this it to reassure anyone who (like me) might panic.

I bought a Samsung a40 via wowcher from here was surprised at how fast it came via 48 hour tracked however after 5 days it stopped coming on it got stuck on the welcome screen, I contact them directly and had a email back the same day, but when I wanted to send it back and get a refund it took 5 days for reply , and after I sent it bk to them I was told my refund would be in my account within 3 days, after 3 days no refund so I contacted them again and was told they had to resubmit the refund to wowcher and it will now take 3 to 5 days for it to go into my account so obviously they didn't submit the refund the first time around, very disappointed as I was really happy with the phone upentill it stopped working as if the replied to my email straight away I would have been happy for them to replace the phone but after 5 days of waiting I had buy another phone from another company,

I bought a Kindle fire through Wowcher. I received the item and tried registering with Kindle account as I already have an account. I encountered issues and called Amazon customer service and they told me that it is a deregistered Kindle fire by an organisation. Avoid this company at all costs. The postage cost is also a waste of money. I have sent a message yesterday. However, reading all these reviews I have lost faith in this organisation.
