"Par- excellence customer service example."

I was in search of a decent, but reliable handset for business use which could handle the influx of e- mails, social media streams and data management. Whilst making few enquiries, I came across these pros. They asked me questions around my business usage and suggested a device that would make my life easier as a business user. I went with what they advised and have never come across any issue/s with the phone. Top work by these guys. In my view, if you're looking for an exceptional customer service, this is it; look no further. All the best of luck and success!

DO NOT BUY from this company as they sold me a iphone 4 its missing the sim card tray and they are totally ignoring my emails. so looks like im stuck with a iphone thats as much use as a chocolate fire guard. I hope they are happy that they have let a child down that was looking forward to getting a phone. just steer clear of this company.

Can't put 0 as a review it's the first time I have ever hated a samsung, i have had samsung galaxy since the first one released. S22 always dropping out no matter the WiFi status!
Wish I Never upgraded to the S22 ultra, should have stuck with my S10+ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"This item was a phone"

This item was a phone. When it arrived it was locked to a network we do not use so we paid to get the phone unlocked. Now the phone can be used to make and receive phone calls and text messages but that is it.
This phone is a windows phone but we cannot get the internet to work on the phone or mobile data.
I have tried twice to contact the company by email as I cannot find a telephone number for them, but as of yet they have not responded.
I wish I had never bought the phone and would advise others to stay away from buying anything from this company.

As many others (I shudda looked here first) bought an ipad 2 via GoGroopie from these bandits, supposedly working but it wouldn't charge or boot up so not fit for purpose - sent it back at my cost for a refund & I get no meaningful help or communication (website offline) from either company. HMP are based in Birmingham so that's the Trading standards office I will be contacting, I don't know if GoGroopie are complicit or just disinterested - I see there are others having similar problems, contact me at - alex dot B at techie dot com - if you wish.

"Hate My Phone IPad 2 ripoff"

Bought an Ipad2 from Hate My Phone. Advertised on Mighty Deals with Discount Experts . Despite what the advert claims they are obsolete and cannot be upgraded in any way. This makes them unfit for purpose and in breach of the Consumers’ Rights Act. Hate My Phone claims the advert’s false indeed fraudulent claims are down to Mighty Deals with Discount Experts. Whoever is at fault there is no denying these obsolete IPad 2s are still being advertised by Mighty Deals with Discount Experts. There customer service is a joke. I returned my ipad2 and the only reply I go from Hate My Phone via Mighty Deals with Discount Experts was a two word message telling me the IPad was delivered to me on 17/10/2022. No mention of my refund of £39.99. Not to mention £14.99 for a voucher to have the obsolete iPad delivered. Obviously no one would pay £14.99 to have a piece o obsolete kit delivered. As I say these fraudulently advertised IPad 2s are still being advertised which tells you everything you need to know about Mighty Deals with Discount Experts and HateMyPhone. No sought the Trading Standards Department will be catching up with these people sooner rather than later.

I bought an ipad off this company on ebay and it was faulty. When i requested a return and completed the return they repeatedly ask for a tracking number as a delaying tactic. I had to contact ebay by phone to ask them to intervene. If there is no refund by tomorrow then they will seek the refund. Stay away from this company as they have a reputation for this type if scam! Please beware! I don’t write these types of reviews often or at all but please take this as a warning buyers!
