We did our homework before buying our new mattress, Sleeping Duck won us over because of the positive reviews, 100 night guarantee, 10 year warranty, adjustable firmness and the removable BreatheTech cover. It was delivered the day after we bought it online, I loved the little wheels on the end of the box for ease of moving. Opening it up was quite satisfying, packed extremely well, and when the mattress unfurls you can hear all the springs opening up, the mattress pops into shape fairly quickly, it is very heavy so a friend may be needed. We've slept on a waterbed for over 30 years so we were a bit concerned, but no need, we made the best decision. Very happy.
