I was wary of purchasing a bike online as I was afraid of it being damaged en route and not having any comeback but went ahead anyway as H2 had the last few available of the Giant TCR Advanced 1 .
The bike arrived in good working order when they said it would too.
However when I had a fault with the frame I feared the worst but it was all sorted out fairly quickly and H2 even paid for my new bike build at the nearest Giant shop to me.
The customer support team of Sajid and Rachel kept me updated all the way through the process.
I would recommend these guys.

Waste of time Bike was never in stock they refunded us but tried to sell us a more expensive one, even though a week later it is still on their website. Total waste of time had to source and reorder from another store.

I was sold a bike on the website they didn't even have. Got emailed the next day to be told the bad news. Very annoying + disappointed. Credit card refund took a while, so I missed out on other offers.

I purchased a bike online through H2gear - was really pleased to find it as it was a particular 2017 model that was difficult to get hold of in the size I wanted. Purchase went through, payment was taken. I got an email several days later saying the item was actually out of stock and they would refund the money. I asked for a recommendation of a similar bike, with the expectation that a good will discount would be offered, given they'd messed me around. Nothing forthcoming. So basically you can't trust their website - it will say things are in stock when they aren't. And they weren't bothered about making good their mistake. I've ended up having to buy the bike from a shop miles away now, as it was the only place left with stock - those 2 or 3 days when I thought I had the bike from H2gear meant I could no longer find it anywhere close to me. Really disappointing experience - if you're going to sell online, have your stock update in real time. Or at least have the decency to make up for your mistake.
