Was on the look out for a new bike and had settled on the Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1.
After a bit of a web search I came across H2 Gear who had the best deal I could find. Never having used them before a bit more research gave me the confidence to take the plunge.
I placed my order along with a request to set my bike up in a specific way. 2 days later my bike arrived in perfect condition and set up exactly as requested.
Price, service and delivery were all excellent.

Two negatives. Web said next day delivery but took from wednesday late afternoon when order was placed to the following Tuesday. I was expecting it on Friday. Zero instructions on assembling the bike.
Very freindly and helpful on all telephone calls but should empty web voice mail box

Good price but limited customer service. My order was shipped fine but when arrived had some components missing, a mild scratch and an incorrectly setup front brake. Luckily I leave nearby to another Giant store so I was able to take it there to be fixed (for free) however I've not had a followup about the missing components and the damage. It's been over a week and although it's minor issues it is not ok that I've not had a reply or apology.
Plus the bike comes with no instructions or components list which lead to a lot of frustration for a new biker like myself.

I saw a bike on the site. Good price so ordered it and paid for it.
Then I get an email saying its not in stock.Several days later I get my money back. No alternative suggestions and no willingness to have any sort of conversation about it.
