Bought the new hogwarts legacy, for me and my son, was the cheapest price out there, fast delivery, nicely packaged as always.

Preorder item in January. They didn’t despatch it for me to receive it on the expected date. Contacted them to express my disappointment and enquiry why I hadn’t received the order, got a prompt response stating it was their fault and it has now been dispatched with the standard shipping. I would have at least expected an upgrade with the shipping as it’s your fault and I should have received it at the beginning of the week. The loyalty point system is unfair, I paid for the item in January but received the points now.

Purchased a Vault X binder which was shipped out and received very quickly. Packaging was good and the binder is superb quality. Will definitely be back to purchase another one when needed or for any other TCG products.

I was a bit sceptical as I had not heard of them before.
I put my order in for Hogwarts Legacy for the PS5 for the release date and it came back with a couple of days later which I was not to bothered about but it arrived on the day to my surprise. Going on this experience I'll be using them again. No issues what so ever. Also it was a lot cheaper than most other outlets by nearly £20. Win Win. Love the game also.
