Bogdan was very professional.

I was unable to make it to the workshop on the specific date.

However my appointment was left open to my flexibility.

On the date I chose for a home mobile visit but again there were issues. My car was late to be delivered at my home address. I explained the situation to Bogdan and he saw that I was very worried about not having Ghost 11 done.

Bogdan waited and eventually my car arrived 35 mins later. Bogdan made use of the waiting time to prep the software and other things he needed to complete the task.

Everything went smoothly and Bogdan took the time to explain everything to me and ensured that I was able to demonstrate that I totally understood the process.
