The technician (Andree) arrived on time and was brilliant. He found my lost key fob and showed me how to use the emergency key to open the car door. He checked both the keys and fitted them with new batteries.

"Worst experience "

Had a Ghost install in my vehicle , two weeks inn the car won't start I call car key solution because they're the one that installed the ghost , it took them all day to come up with this not so clever idea that my battery is the reason why the car not starting , when he did a check on my new battery he then say its the immobiliser not picking up the ICU in my car . He removed the Ghost tracker form my car , upon removing the ghost my car started to work fine it turn on and off like normal.
I contacted the office of car key solution and explain this to them , they told me it was my car that is the problem so for that reason they will not reimburse my £600 . Please don't allow them to work on your car immobiliser there're cobblers. They just get anyone with a electrician certificate and not much experience to fit a ghost immobiliser in cars . I promise if it goes wrong they will leave you to take the losses
