We sent two trunks and two duffle bags. One of the two trunks had obviously been severely banged up, with dents and scrapes and one of the two duffles was severely ripped. For this to happen, there must have been serious careless handling. Your customer service people are good, but this level of irresponsible care is reprehensible.

My daughters trunk was damaged in multiple places and it was brand new. I would have appreciated knowing before hand the possibility of this as I probably would of shipped a soft bag instead of a trunk. Or some guidelines on how to protect your shipped belongings.

We shipped our trunk to and from camp. It was very beat up upon receiving it back from camp. The frame of the box was actually bent. For the cost, I was hoping it would be in better condition, especially because both the trunk and shipping were so expensive.
