The shipping was a great price and fast. Unfortunately, I had to return the boots because they were too small. I chose not to exchange them for the next size up because in my experience with shoes, they’d probably be too big. The return process was very easy. Wish I could’ve kept the boots. They’re cute!

I placed an order and was informed the next day that it was out of stock. Consequently, I had to ask for a refund. I would suggest that you develop an inventory tracking system that works in real time so that out of stock items are not listed as available.

"Sizing, durability, comfort"

While these slippers look very similar to more expensive counterparts, I found them to be considerably more affordable. The one primary difference is that the uppers are made of recycled felt, versus a more expensive wool felt. I typically wear a 9.5 men’s, EE width - but purchased a 10 mens and find them to fit comfortably. The foot bed provides some arch support. While they do have a rubber tread on the underside, they are not intended for regular outdoor use. However they are great if you’re stepping out side to take out the trash or bring in the newspaper. I am very happy with my purchase.
