These are of good quality and warm. The soles are very stiff which is good of you have to dash outside but not so comfy curled up on the couch. I’d do 4.5 stars if that were an option.

Not at all what i expected or wanted. The Gumbies are very riged and heavy and too wide for my foot. I was looking for a soft, flexible slipper. I will be returning them as soon as i figure out how to do it. Not very customer friendly.

Excellent fulfillment and customer service. My order arrived quickly, and when the slippers didn't fit, the exchange for a different size was fast, easy and free. The product is well-made with good materials. I have every reason to love the experience and recommend buying from this company. However, the slippers provide a bare-foot experience in terms of support and cushioning. This will be the preference for many people. But if you've got achy feet that need cushioning and support as I do, this may not be the right footwear for you.
