Love em. Good solid sole so you can walk outside if necessary, cozy THICK wool and I love the contrast of red and gray. Plus great price and good for the environment?!
Easy choice for a gift going forward.

One note - if you like a looser fit maybe go up a size, I am a 13 and the back lip of the heel juuust catches. However - I expect it to mold to my feet some and so may end up perfecto

"Gumbies are Great"

Prior to purchasing a pair of Gumbies I contacted their customer service. Their initial reply was prompt and extremely helpful. However, I decided that it was wisest to check on one or two relevant matters once again their response was swift and really useful. Immediately after receiving this information I placed an order. The shoes and spare pair of insoles that I purchased were exactly as anticipated and have proved extremely useful. The dispatch and delivery were likewise exactly as I'd hoped.

I have a couple things I like vry much about these—super warm (like instantly, the minute yr foot is in there), the soles are very well made, love that they’re using recycled materials. Here’s my issue & it’s major—they’re reallllly wide. Clownish wide. Esp. if I have yoga pants on. Can’t ever wear them if ppl come over. I’ll wear them when just my huzz is here. Wish it wasn’t so !!

I emailed customer service 3 times about returning my slippers for a smaller size and specifically asked why I had to pay return shipping. They just kept referring me to the site that said I was responsible for the cost to return. I spent $14 to return them I emailed again stating that was outrageous for a return and they said the site had incorrect information and finally refunded me the shipping cost.
