They know Customer Service. My order was late, and they emailed me updates any chance they could letting me know what was going on. Full transparency. And Sent me a gift for being patient. And I’m blown away! The gift was another bag!!!
I have bought by Nordstrom, Bergdoff, Nieman, Saks, Farfetch. Not to mention from the actual brands such as Dior, Saint Laurent and Celine. This company surpassed them all in communication and providing the best service. I will continue to purchase from them and tell my other friends.
