My name is Phiroze Jamula and I opened my Live account since the time they started their business from Business Bay. I have made numerous transactions of deposits and withdrawals since then , but have never found one instance where my deposit or withdrawal was denied. If I make my withdrawal request before the banking cut off time I get my funds the same day and same too with deposits. Sometimes the bank is late in giving the credit but if you send the request to back office with the withdrawal slip of request on line, I get instant credit.

Yes they never accept cash from any clients nor do they give withdrawal by cash. This guide line itself shows the authenticity of the company and I salute them for this. This means unlike other forex brokers with big names boasting themselves of highly regulated maintain B books and indulge in cash transactions.
