are the worst
customer support are unprofessional
starting with wrong addressing
ending with every time I ask for something
the CS agent must tell me that they have meeting and busy etc ..
it is not my problem if they are busy they need more staffing
they play with margins and stuff was doing the same deal on 2 platforms
on their it was loosing for some reasons I do not trust or recommend them
also there fee is very expensive for their very bad service
i withdraw 30 usdt
i recieve 25!!
plus the super clever CS miss Sandy
was asking me what is your wallet and I said it is their in the request it should be automated she started as usual to complain about the number of wallets she is dealing with and I said it is 2024 !!
it should be automated .. this is super stupid infrastructure

Não gostei, antes de depositar tive um bom atendimento, mas depois que resolvi fazer um saque já me trataram diferente e me cobraram 25% de taxa de saque e isso não estava escrito em lugar nenhum e sem falar que fui muito precionando para investir mais dinheiro, não recomendo.
