I had missed out on a Black Friday ticket deal as i took a lot of time making up my mind on a page. By the time i went through the different stages, the deal had on up in price. It was kind of late evening but got in touch with flight Travel were i spoke to a one Simon. Simon was very very helpful as he explained all my options. He did everything in his power to get me another option rather than refund the Money i had already paid. In the end, he found me an even better deal (a direct flight) as opposed to a round trip.
