"That Personal Touch"

Although Skyscanner looks great, trawling through the many different flight options was giving me a headache. I contacted Flightstravel after looking at their Trustpilot reviews and am happy to say, they're spot on. I needed three flights to St Louis, one passenger coming back on a different date and was very specific about connection times as many of the options seemed way too short. Simon was beyond helpful finding me the best deal with the right amount of time between connections. He was responsive and extremely helpful. I'll definitely be coming back when I want another flight.

Had the fortunate experience of stumbling on flightstravel website, after several attempts at finding an online booking company that offered concise and accurate information without high pressure sales tactics. I was really impressed with Simon, the travel consultant who exhumed professionalism by the manner in which he dealt with my queries. His patience and respectful attitude stood out because I made no less than four attempts at a purchase because my requirements and travel dates kept changing due to personal circumstances. However, he did not behave as if I was a nuisance or time waster. I will definitely be using and recommending Flightstravel because of his attitude and the highly competitive prices that made other companies uncompetitive

"Good price"

I searched for flights on Skyscanner and found FlightsTravel was offering a much cheaper fare for one way journey to the USA as compared to other competitors. Firstly, I was suspicious of their one-way fares, so I called them to double confirm. Jack promptly picked up the call and confirmed the same fare for my travel date as it was displayed on their website and further confirmed it does not matter whether you book online or on call, the fare is the same. So, I have decided to book online with the credit card payment to be on the safe side, you know. I was pleasantly surprised that my flight was with a Hold luggage of 23kg as well. Booking went smoothly on the website and received the ticket the same day. I further received a courtesy call from Jack to check if everything is correct which was great. Highly recommend.

"First time but not the last"

I have used another online flight company for the past 5 years and honestly I was hoping to use them again this year. However, in my opinion, they were not as competitive this year as in previous years. This was especially evident when I happened to come across Flights Travel. Now I admit I was sceptical about using/ trusting a new company but took a leap of faith. I am so thankful that I did. Not only have my flights cost me between £90 and £400 less per person in comparison to other quotes, my personal dealings with the agent, Simon, were second to none. Even when I contacted the online help, because what I know now to be user error on my part could not access my tickets online, I received a call from Simon within 5 minutes at 22.10 to offer help. Outstanding service in my opinion and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a very good experience with Simon. He is an angel. He was very helpful reassuring & went out of his way to help, calling me back when I had delay in receiving my ticket & confirmation despite as I was very nervous. He confirmed the payment had been received and assured me am in safe hands & went on to send an email with a receipt of the payment received whilst I waited for the confirmation & ticket. I really do appreciate the excellent service I received and to think he was o his own attending to other calls makes him exceptional.
