We will never use This company again!
They charged us a restocking fee for an item that was never shipped, they said it was available on their web site, charged me additional charges for expedited shipping and certs, they would not return the extra charges and charged us the restocking fee for those as well, they said that the item was marked with a lead time on the site, and it was not, if it was out of stock like they stated the following day, why would they offer same day shipping and charge an extra fee for it? The people that I got stuck with on this issue were not pleasant to work with and would not budge from this stupid return policy.. they have lost all of our future business, they need to remember they are a distributor not a manufacture and anyone can get the items on their site from another distributor or the manufacture, at a lower cost in most cases. the item that they did this on was an item that is ordered on a monthly basis. the company we have gone through to order this items is very thankful to have our orders.

I did receive the correct part but there was some confusion as I received an email to indicate that it had arrived even though the part was still in the warehouse. Not a big deal.
