"I cancelled my order the same day for …..."

I cancelled my order the same day for an item that I found via order confirmation was got to get delivered 35 days later. They refunded part of my money keeping a portion as a cancellation fee. They were inflexible. I have been a loyal customer but no more.

"Wish I had red the reviews...."

Placed an order. 2 hours later I canceled my order because they did not have the products I ordered. I was charged 44 dollars for my inconvenience. Never buy from this company.

"Bait and switch..."

I ordered two items which were listed as available and would ship within 5-8 days. After placing my order and paying I received a confirmation email saying the order would not ship until 13 days after ordered and it then take 3-10 days for delivery.
I attempted to contact them by email since they are not always available by phone. I received a reply email and called again to confirm the order was canceled and they told me it just shipped out today because they did not read the email yet.
I will never use this company again and feel they are deceptive in their representations about availability.

"Worst business I've ever dealt with!..."

Ordered about 8 items, seven identified as "in stock" when I placed my order. After about 2 weeks hearing nothing I emailed to ask when my order was going to be shipped. I was informed that almost everything on my order was now back ordered, that their company policy was to not ship anything until the entire order was complete, and that 2 of my items were not expected for another month. I guess they either lied about the items being in stock when I placed my order or they sold them while they were waiting for the one item that was out of stock. They "kindly" offered to ship a partial order if I paid double the already exorbitant shipping charges (about 33% of the original order total) . Believe me you're making a big mistake if you decide to deal with these jerks.

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!..."

I ordered oil,oil filters,safety wire on Nov 17th,2017,all very popular items,name brand, No show as of Jan,3rd,2017,despite E-mail,phone calls,most recent on Jan,3rd,2017;cancelled order;placed with Wicks,spoke to a rep. at Wicks immediately,no phone delay,took order,will ship today or tomorrow,arrive in a couple of days! People at Sky Geek are totally confused,long phone delays,etc. Save yourself aggravation and NO service, Forget Sky Geek;worst company I ever dealt with! Order from Wicks.They appreciate customers!

"Don't waste your time with Skygeek..."

Typical experience, ordered an item,actually a bunch of an item for resale. Material showed in stock, 2 weeks later I called and material was back ordered. 2 months later finally cancelled and reordered from a different vendor. To their credit they did refund the credit card charge. Now, 2 years later I'm still getting emails saying the material is about to ship. Skygeek if you're listening the order number is 297639. Please stop it. I mean really what is wrong with you people?

"False Promise of Overnight Shipment..."

They promised to ship my ELT order overnight for arrival the next day. When it didn't arrive I checked to find that they didn't even plan to ship it until three days after order. That's not what they told me.

"They take forewver to ship out an order...."

I ordered 8 sparkplugs and some washers on 10/17/2016 in the AM EST expecting them by 10/19/2016 paying up for two day shipping. I received an email two minutes ago saying that they are just shipping its 10/19/201
I will never deal with them again. NEVER!

"3 months for nothing..."

tried to buy a sun gun light, took my money right away, then told me it was on back order for about 3 months. a week before it was supposed to ship told me the price was wrong. went from $94 to over $500 and all they would do is say "sorry"

"Horrible customer service! Go elsewhere. First review I have ever written..."

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! After one and a half years I finally received a check from Skygeek for a warranty on a defective battery. Customer service used every excuse possible to delay my refund. I called the battery manufacturer myself and together we finally determined it was an incorrect serial number which caused the delay. But that was just the beginning. Skygeek customer service ignored my repeated calls, always sending me to voicemail They didn't respond to emails. Finally, after months of attempted contact with them I sent an email saying they should do a simple engine search looking for reviews on their company. Bingo! They responded within 2 hours saying the were looking into the matter. Then more delays. I was told that the manufacturer had not issued 100% refund. I called the manufacturer again and was assured that they had. Then after numerous delays, I was told the check was in the mail. Several days go by, still no check. Then I was told that “customer service was fighting with accounting over this one.” Several more days go by and I am told that they couldn't get to the post office because of snow. Finally a check came through, and I was shorted $31. I was told that they had sent it over to the supervisor. Worst experience ever, and the first online review I have ever written.
