Getting the certifications that I needed for my safety wire was a huge hassle. A few times a customer service rep said they would send over the paperwork and after waiting hours, they didn't so I would have to call again and either wait on hold to talk to the same rep or talk to someone new and re-explain the situation. The product itself is fine.

Needed product promptly internationally so write on order of they cannot ship in 2-3 days as advertised let me know and cancel order we will source elsewhere, they didn't and it took weeks.
