Showed item "in stock" so I ordered. They did not ship and when I called they told me they only ship same day or next day if you pay the extra $10.

Not sure when the item will show up. They claim it will be 3 business days after the order.

"The worst EVER!!! Horrible customer service..."

I placed my order at 3 AM. I needed to ad something I forgot and called them when they opened. I was told I could not modify my order because it was "processed" and if I cancel I woudl be charged. I asked if they could compensate the differnece in shipping, since I did not want to pay double shipping. I was hung up on. Going on 5 hours and trying to get a hold of someone. I contacted theri supplier Aircraft Tool Supply (ATS) and they do not see an order for me and they have plenty in stock. however they did not see my order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

"Slow and extremely poor customer service..."

Ordered batteries from them over two weeks ago. They won't answer their phone or call back when I leave them a message. Also tried contacting them by email a day ago with no response. I am very unhappy with skygeek and do not plan on ever using this company in the future.
