I was very impressed with the service from TheCanvasPrints, can't fault them at all.
Great quality 40*30 canvas print, well packaged and delivered within a couple of days of ordering.
Super happy, it looks amazing on my wall.
Very keenly priced too.

"Poor quality and photo reproduction!"

Product was poor quality and photo quality looked nothing like the original sent. Customer service was not at all helpful and refused to fix the problem or refund for their mistake.

"Unwilling to rectify poor printing"

I received a canvas print as a gift but the quality was so poor it was unusable. It doesn’t look like the photo provided and the customer service representative’s reply was to send a link to a Google search as to why images look different from screen to print. They refused to offer a refund for their poor printing work or even an alternative to fix the problem.

Poor quality and even poorer customer service.

Shocking that they are displaying 5 star reviews from Trustpilot on their website when there are clearly multiple unhappy customers here.

Update to their reply: please don’t accuse us for asking for a free print. We aren’t happy with the quality and we asked for a refund, which you denied. The print isn’t satisfactory thus not usable. If you had good customer service and fixed it to begin with, we wouldn’t have felt the need to post the review.

It was very easy i made a mistake on the delivery address and the problem was easily fixed.

"Very poor service"

Very poor service - I ordered a product which was not delivered. When I chased it up, I was told it had been delivered, three days late and to a different address. In fact to an address that did not even exist. The last three digits of the postcode were incorrect and the courier (EVRI) delivered to the postcode not the address supplied which itself was clear and only a mile away. When I chased the customer service team, they did everything in their remit to absolve themselves of any responsibility. I would avoid these cowboys like the plague and use another provider such as Snapfish, Vistaprint or Photobox. In fact anyone else!
UPDATE - I did eventually get a full refund, so the matter was concluded satisfactorily in the circumstances. The main fault probably lay with the courier but either way it was hard work when it really shouldn't have been.

Just had a 40 by 20 inch canvas print of an eagle we photographed on holiday. The quality is absolutely amazing, we are blown away, the craftsmanship is superb, exceeded all our expectations. Thank you.

"Excellent customer service and dealing with issues"

I ordered a canvas print that arrived with a dent/hole in the packaging and a slight dent in the photo. I contacted the company and the manager was quick at replying with advice to try and fix it. Unfortunately this didn't work, so the company printed and sent another canvas at no extra cost, which was packaged with extra layers and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!!

"WARNING: Don't Orders Your Prints"

I ordered a canvas print as bday present. Their website says delivery within 3 working days from order but delivery of my order was delayed.

It turned out that they posted it on 5th day, but luckily the parcel company delivered it just in time on Sunday afternoon otherwise I would have to attend party empty handed. The print itself along with frame etc were good quality, happy with it.

There is no contact phone on website, no tracking number provided on dispatch, and they haven't responded to my email enquiry in 24 hours let alone the 24/7 as promised on the website. Its written on website and yet they don't recognise.

Eventually, I received a response with tracking link after this Trustpilot review was posted, they blamed it on parcel company which wasn't true as per tracking record.

If you look carefully, their business address on website is a sim card shop in Bolton which is different from the one mentioned on Companies House. The owners listed also don't resemble any connection to their marketing video. I have a strong suspicion that the owners of the business are not even based in the UK. It isn't a straightforward genuine small business as portrayed by marketing.

There are plenty of well established canvas printing companies for taking your custom if you really value your time and having smooth experience.

I’m so glad I checked Trustpilot before ordering a canvas print online! It’s easy to get caught out by offshore companies with flashy websites but terrible reviews. Thankfully, thecanvasprints.co.uk caught my eye, and what a brilliant find! Based in Bolton, they really exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the print was outstanding, with vibrant colours and a crisp finish - really deep blacks. The delivery was fast (under 3 days), and the canvases arrived well-packaged.

I had a few queries which were answered in under an hour by email by Atiq the manager there.
