"The best water system "

Delighted that we can all safely drink our water now, free of fluoride Mercury chemicals with minerals still in , the water tastes like fresh well water and when had little leak issue the installation man john came straight out and spent a while checking everything ensuring system working well before left. Will save a fortune on bottled water and confident it's healthy for us all.

It was really good experience from the beginning till the end and clear updates information. The staff were really helpful and friendly for any questions and answers. The installation was very great and the staff was very knowledgeable about the work and the product. I had a bad experience from Nature best water treatment company in Dundalk. With rude behaviour after I experienced leaking and wrong water connection and ignoring my calls and emails and finally I had to visit their office and they were not even apologising for the inconvenience and also abusing and finally got their system out of my house and got the refund. But EWT was the best and I recommend them and give 100/100.

Dreadful. No, nil, zero, nada, nothing by way of response to enquiry regarding servicing of faulty softener..... We quit the contract after nil by way of Customer Services response.

Celtic Water and Culligan Water are one and the same group. Steer clear of both.

Unknown to us they took over EWT who were nearly but not quite as bad.

You guys are very slow with salt supply . U need too have storage for salt in Ireland once you supply the water filters. I don’t have to wait for up to 6 weeks before you going to deliver it . În rest I’m very happy with the water filters. Hope in the future you can do something about salt supply

"We do not recommend Celtic Water Solutions/ Culligan"

We have had a very bad experience with Celtic Water Solutions and Culligan and would not recommend this service to anyone. Our water filtration system was incorrectly installed. The technician drilled holes incorrectly and did not seal them resulting in awful bad sewage smells in our kitchen. We have had two technicians out to try to fix it but the issue has not been resolved. This was after the technician did not show up on 2 occasions as promised. We are trying to contact Celtic water again to get the issue resolved but we are now being ignored. The service we received has been awful and I would not recommend this company.
