"Very poor after care service"

We had our water softener system annual service done by their engineer on 1st July 2024. The Engineer informed me after the service that everything is fine with the system. We noticed that the drinking water was very salty that afternoon and contacted their office to complain. I was told I will be contacted before 5pm that day, after they discuss with the engineer. I didn’t get a call back and I waited for a week but the water was still salty. So I contacted them again on 08/07/24 and they again told me that they will get back to me. They wanted a photo of the system which I sent promptly and again no response. The Dublin office called me to check about my satisfaction with the service and explained what had happened. She said she will check and call me back. A few days later I got a call from their sales person saying that he was told I was looking to upgrade my system. I again told him what had happened and he was going to contact me after checking but no one has contacted me. The Engineer who serviced my machine told me that everything was fine and never mentioned that we needed to get a new machine.
The follow up care is very poor when there is a problem.

The technician that called out was David, What a credit to your company, explained everything to me about what he was doing and changing and why, answered any questions I had, an all round good guy! Customer service is great and David let me know how far away he was before he would arrive, Excellent service and engineer, 5 stars for me. Would recommend to anyone Who is need of there services.
