From start to finish Online Bedrooms provided a top quality service and great products at very reasonable prices.
The design process was informative and we were provided help to improve the overall look and feel of our ideas.
The products arrived on time as advised and the delivery driver was very helpful despite having had a long day and a long drive back ahead of him.
The installation instructions were very good and the items were very clearly marked up. What looked to be a very long task to install was actually fairly quick and easy and the results were as we hoped for.
We will be using Online Bedrooms again in the future.

"Great product, better service!"

The product is actually really good quality, the pannels are heavy and sturdy so I am super confident about the longevity.

Installation was not too difficult, be prepared to scribe, which can be pretty tricky but we actually had a thick enough scribe pannel to have two attempts.

We had an issue with one of our doors not being predrilled, and it was replaced instantly. They also were proactive in securing a pre-Christmas delivery date for us, which we didn't ask for but was really helpful.

I will use them for my third and final room.

Bought wardrobes from this company they had a designer who did them exactly how we requested. The delivery time was excellent and the quality of the goods are phenomenal, also fantastic after care, we cannot recommend them enough.

"Very happy with the quality of the…"

Very happy with the quality of the product. The only reason we’ve given four stars instead of five, is because one of the units included bookshelves and when delivered and unpacked, was not exactly what we wanted. We’d employed a joiner to fit the units, and as we didn’t want to hold up his work, we asked him to adapt the unit we received which he did expertly.
The finished furniture suits our spare bedroom/office perfectly.

Quick virtual appointment, ideas discussed and listened to. Design emailed quickly with good response to questions. Instruction book backed up by the videos were more than enough to achieve a great looking and straightforward installation.

The hanging rails weren't delivered in the main order for some reason but the office quickly got these ordered and were delivered within a few days.

Really helpfull through whole process from initial designer contact, suggestions, samples & alterations through to good communication throughout.
Instructions were good & final product exceeded expectations- very happy all round.

"Beautiful, good quality but difficult to assemble and expensive"

The wardrobe is beautiful and the pieces look quite good quality. However, the price tag was quite high considering the less positive points:
- Difficult assembly (not at all ikea-like as we were told)
- No assembly available in London
- Basic delivery (the driver only took things our of the van and we have to do everything else, VERY heavy pieces, but we were informed of this beforehand)
- Lack of flexibility in customisation (design phase) and we didn't ask for a complicated design, and wended up having to drill our own holes in half of it because we wanted one different measure than the standard (which defeats the customisation concept)

"I requested a quote and what came back…"

I requested a quote and what came back was an overpriced drawing with no qualitative nor quantitative explanation of why a wardrobe is worth almost £1.3k for 850mm width. Zero effort to provide any justification for it. Moreover they bombarded me with follow up email after email keep asking things. Get a hint and stop wasting people's time...

Second time I’ve used online bedrooms, their service is very accurate and personal to you which helps you get exactly what you want. Better still there a fraction of the price of all the bigger name wardrobe fitters.

I would and will use again!
