I visited your townsville store at domain on tuesday with no idea what kind of rug i wanted to buy your 2 female staff members were amazing they went through almost all of the rugs and back and forth a few
time’s to the same rug as i was that annoying customer that had no idea what i liked 🤣🤦‍♀️ nothing was a problem for them and they were willing to help me and make sure i was happy with my rug they even went through with what theme i had going and suggested a few different designs of rugs to match the look i wanted they went above and beyond
i will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our visit to your store and was very happy with the assistance of your 2 female staff members. They searched for a runner that was out of stock and it was available within a couple of days. We love our floor rugs and runners. We will be back thats for sure. The quality of your rugs is great.

Very impressed with the range of rugs and helpful service at Cyrus Rugs. We were very particular with the size and style of the rug we wanted and they went through every rug in the store to find one. We got a beautiful quality with the colours and pattern that complemented our home and taste. Highly recommend!!
