Very rude a tall bold man with a faul mouth who was very abusive to my mother swearing and cursing all because she would not let him use the toilet what a disgrace to the company should be sacked for making my mother feel insecure and intimidating her.

We had a boiler inspection and service from Tate Heat and as a result needed a part. The engineer showed us photographs of the fault (it was very difficult to get to) and promised to do his utmost to find a replacement part as it was no longer made. Within a couple of weeks he'd scoured the country and tracked one down. Brilliant service from a knowledgeable, experienced service engineer. Definitely a trusted company.

I'm a new customer to Tate Oil after my last supplier fell short on customer service. I have to say my first experience was extremely positive.

I placed my order directly through their website and got a better price than my last supplier offered. It was also significantly cheaper than going through Boilerjuice. The delivery was well within the order timescale with a courtesy text the day before. The driver was polite and answered all my questions in preparation for my next order.

Based on this I'd recommend Tale Oil to anyone looking for a better deal or even if like me just unhappy with the attitude of their current supplier!

Tate have always been accommodating and have delivered on the day that they have booked us in for a delivery and delivered without any issues .
The only thing that I prefer is to be informed of the price per litre to be automatically quoted rather than having to request it due to the price creeping up when first being supplied by them .
