My customer service representative, Abbey, basically spent the ENTIRE day with me yesterday emailing back and forth, asking the right questions, and getting to the bottom of the problem. She was patient, understanding, and even compassionate to my taking so long to send in the tracking number because I had shattered my shoulder the same week and required surgery.
I have spoken to many customer service representatives, either by phone or email and I'll be as honest as I can when I say, Abbey is by far a cut above the rest. If I were her manager, she'd be up for a promotion or raise as I used to be in the same position to do so to my employees.
