"Significant change in quality"

57274 was our second order - it was ordered in exactly the same way to match 56005. It arrived with a different colored frame and no backing. It was of much poorer quality than 56005. There was also a blemish in the center of the painting. The response that we got was "sorry, we changed supplies." Order again if you want them to match. That is not acceptable.

We were so impressed by the portrait Iconic Paw did of our rabbit, Hopper, a few years ago that we had one done of our new bun, Amos. Wow! They captured both of our buns' personalities perfectly! The portrait came out perfect and exactly as I imagined it would. I was expecting to receive the product before Christmas (as it was advertised to me prior to placing the order), but I received it shortly thereafter. It wasn’t a huge deal because it wasn’t meant for a Christmas surprise.
