"I have automated telephone menus"

Electronic communication (email) was good, but i do have a massive hate of automated voice menus, i just zone out, i find it hard to believe there are loads of people working there and departments, the personnel touch even it takes a little longer i prefer. The lady i did speak to was helpful and answered all my question, but by the time i spoke to her i was already annoyed and wound up, Im looking forward to my delivery
