I would not hesitate to recommend Worcester I.T. Services.
Having used them in the past I didn’t hesitate to call them again. My problem was sorted out quickly and I was not made to feel uncomfortable for causing it in the first place due to of my lack of knowledge.

Quiet honestly I could not fault the service provided in any way. I had previously had no knowledge of this business and found it through Google!! I needed to recover stuff from a failed hard drive but the local company who replaced the drive were unable to do this with the equipment they had. I telephoned Worcester IT Services in the morning a few days later and Ed picked up the old hard drive from my house (circa 20 miles away) early the same afternoon! He then kept in touch by email and having successfully retrieved the information from the drive to a memory stick, returned everything to my house a couple of days later! How good was that!!
