Worcester I.T. Services offer a friendly, professional, prompt response. I had a hard drive failure and Ed Jones (the owner) managed to successfully retrieve the data. He advised and supplied a better storage system than I had used previously. Yes it was expensive, but I knew it would be, especially to use a Raid system. I could not fault his service and would highly recommend his company.
