Soy cliente desde hace años y he gastado miles de euros en esta empresa, y les voy a contar como tratan a los buenos clientes.

1- Me regalan un cupón del 15% con la excusa de que me echan de menos (a mi dinero).
2- Hago un pedido de una moneda de oro usando este descuento, y pago 2125€.
3- Tienen retenido mi dinero durante 30 días, diciendo que aún no tienen la moneda porque la FNMT no las ha puesto aún a la venta (desde hace semanas todas las webs la tienen en stock jaja).
4- De repente me anulan el pedido diciendo que la moneda se ha agotado en la FNMT jaja (ha pasado de no haberse aún fabricado a estar agotada en un par de dias).
5- Tras discutir con ellos y sentir como si hablas con una pared, me hacen una devolución a mi tarjeta de 2025€ (me han robado 100€).
6- El cupón del 15% que me dieron y usé en este pedido, no me lo devuelven y me dicen q me lo dieron por error jaja vaya gentuza).
