"It's a 'no brainer'"
We are so appalled at the low interest rates available to savers that my wife and I have not hesitated to invest with you given the charges on the properties and the fact of no defaults to date. My only complaint is in printing out the monthly interest statements this morning a whole load of blue ink was required - please make it just black and white without the second page of copy write blurb!

"Excellent experiences to date"
I have recently been introduced to Lendinvest by my brother and find it a very useful platform for making better utilisation of my money which was languishing at paltry interest rates in a building society.
The only reservation I had was that the loans on offer were not near the advertised "average" rates. However, these are moving targets and I look forward to improvements. WIth my experiences to date I would definitely recommend Lend invest

"Invesment made easy"
Lendinvest has a really easy to use website that sets out available loans in a simple manner showing all the information you need: interest rate, LTV, maturity date. It is then really easy to invest in any loan.
They then send out a regular interest statement on the 1st of the month showing exactly how much interest you have earned on each loan making it all very easy and straightforward to understand.
Whenever I have had to contact them I have always spoken to real people who are relaxed, easy going and genuine, no scripts, no glib answers and no waffle. Any problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
And finally, they offer interest rates way above what you would get from a bank or building society. The premise is simple, they facilitate an agreement between lenders and borrowers without an army of hangers on looking for their cut. It works and I love them.

"Lendinvest is an investment you cannot ignore"
I am waiting for a sale of a house before I can invest. In the meantime, I keep a close watch on the available deals. It looks a very good niche in the market - the loan is manageable for the borrower as it is short term, and good for the investor as it gives a healthy return

"good to have"
Providing you buy their spiel that they have never lost money on a loan (including their previous bridging finance company) then 7% is great.
The £10K minimum per loan is too much for most people, they've been promising for ages to reduce it but we're still waiting
Some people say there are problems with (is it the site or the accounting, don't emember - see p2pindependentforum.com )
I would like an automatic withdrawal of interest rather then letting it moulder until i remember to withdraw it.

"Good interest rates, worthwhile investment amounts, short term payback"
I wonder about the property valuations and the quality of the type of borrower. I need to find out about these before putting money at risk.
Peer to peer lending is an interesting and logical way forward. I hope it becomes mainstream.

"Excellent returns, and easy website to navigate"
An annual return of 7% is excellent. The website is easy to navigate, and the lending model is easy to understand. I like the idea of short term loans, and the fact that I can choose to reinvest as each loan period ends. I am investing in three properties, spreading the risk, but I believe this is very small due to the high loan to value ratio.

"It appears to be a well run company"
This company makes it easy to invest in property investment deals and as such I believe thus far that it offers a good return on investment with security. So far I have no hesitation in recommending this company
for peer to peer lending to any friends I talk to.
I am impressed with the efficient way it shows account details and
the speed at which monthly payment is made to the lender.
I rate this company as one of the best peer to peer lending sites.
and I wil be investing in further deals with them along the way.
Keep up the good work

"No use to me as minimum investment is too high"
I shall not be investing as I would not wish to risk £10,000 initially with an unknown organisation. I would have happily 'dripped' in small amounts each month, or possibly small lump sums. Both of these ways of investment are possible with other peer to peer lenders. I shall be looking at these in more detail
