I was helped by Nicolas Hartley in the Customer Service team, and I have to say that he is always so professional and helpful, and also he responds when he says he will (e.g. when he promises to email a required document).

I was helped with a small issue by Rishath Hoque-Rahman who advised me on a small change of policy within expenses. Rishath was friendly, professional, communicable and very understanding. A great face for the company.

To be honest, I had to contact the Umbrella Company when there was an issue with my wages and pension. To be fair this was not caused by the umbrella and to be fair to them, this was not an easy thing to sort out.

However, then there was Rosie Mills within customer services, who just went above and beyond guiding me through the error and ensuring that my salary and payslips where correct.

Rosie stayed in touch with me throughout this, until she was secure all had been resolved, and she kept me informed every step of the way.

Since then Rosie has been my go to contact since, as she is just so helpful.

I know in the customer service role that she does, that she has gone above and beyond this her to support me and why I have written one of these things for the first time.

I have used several umbrella companies in my long career, however when things go wrong with submissions or hours, which is not my umbrella's fault, then you want someone who can put it right and Rosie did.

I can not recommend this Umbrella Company enough, and since the glitch not caused by the umbrella, my wages have been correct and on time every week, which is all we want.
