The above is my original post. The vendor has chosen to either lie or be incompetent in their response-- not even managing to get the date right of my order.

My bank also received a non-response from this vendor.

"Many months with no product, no refund & no communication"

After months from date of ordering we got an email to say that it was about to be dispatched as the were system issues. Ask a month later for an ETA, no response. Asked again if it had been sent, they said no. I asked for a refund, they said no problem, 5-10 working days. Months later, no refund and no one will respond to my emails asking for confirmation of refund.
I was so looking forward to the drawing desk for my daughter.
Worst online ordering experience I’ve had.
I’m genuinely not sure if this is a scam website…
Have been told that our refund was processed mid October but have not received it. They have not been able to provide proof that the refund has been done, they just keep saying that it has been done.
