"Lies and deception"
Ordered an item, then they emailed me and said it would be shipped in a few days and If I wanted a refund. I said just ship it if it will only be a few days. No shipment info was sent. Now they are ghosting me and it has been 2 months since I ordered my item. No response, no money back, just ghosting. The phone line is an answering machine only, you will never talk to a human. No email back and I have sent many. It's all lies! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I see I'm not the only one to fall for the scam!
As the others stated, I ordered, I paid (paid extra for expedited shipping). The item never came and no response with any answers or refund. Been trying to get a hold of them for the past month.
Save yourself the frustration and stay away!

"They ignore emails"
They ignore emails, calls and refund requests. It's been two weeks now that I requested a refund due to the shipping delay, no one answered, and I am losing 700 dollars that easy.
Avoid buying from them! Keep your money safe!

"NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT"
Ordered my chair on 15 September 2021. Sent them multiple emails but only got a reply on 14 October 2021 saying that "Our shipping services are scheduled to resume on the 20th, Tuesday this coming week.". It is now 30 October 2021 but still no confirmation that it has been shipped. Sent emails thereafter but received no reply at all.

"Shonky seller stalled for two months…"
Shonky seller stalled for two months and has now blocked emails when I asked for a refund. I just checked out my review only to find that I am supposed to have done a review before this one thanking them for their refund.
I did not lodge this previous review and haven't been refunded. The five star review in my name is total lies which puts into doubt any other review with green stars.
Corruption at it worst on this site.

I have ordered a table lamp on September 25th and today its 29th of October and it still shows unfulfilled on their website. Despite of writing to their support team almost everyday, there is no response from anyone from their team. Seems like I have lost my money.

Ordered a chair and paid $300USD ++ but was told shipment delayed so I cancelled and they promised to refund which would take 3-5 business days, it’s almost two weeks now and I still haven’t gotten my money back.
I have sent so many emails but none has been replied to. Which is concerning because during the process of cancellation, they (James, AbdulRaheem) were so quick to reply and now I can’t even get a single response.

"Not possible to have a worse customer service experience than this"
The very definition of 'buyer beware.' Absolutely woeful service - can only be a scam or the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. Both options just as plausible. Order not shipped, despite website saying available and extra shipping paid. Multiple emails and tickets not repsonded to. CS hotline was always voicemail, even during business hours. Messages left for call back were never actioned. Requested refund, promised it would be actioned but it has still not been recieved. Below summarises the contact attempts and lack of response and action. Note how many tickets and emails never responded to. Some responses were stock emails and clearly they hadn't done anything to look at my situation.
16 September - order 1685 placed with expedited shipping selected
18 September - emailed support for an update on dispatch timing, no response.
18 September - opened ticket via Cyburthur site (#2817) re update on shipping (as a backup to email). No response received
21 September - emailed support re ticket #2817, 'James' from CS replied 22 September advising warehouse closed for 1 day due to Covid outbreak. (this advice no longer showing on Cyburthur website where previously listed)
28 September - emailed support for shipping update, no response
29 September - emailed support - response below (30 Sep)
30 September - email received from 'AbdulRaheem' @ support saying 'shipment being prepared but can take a few hours to a few days'. Appeared to be a stock email response generally for orders placed that day, no reference to previous enquiries.
30 September - emailed support requesting escalation of case and what was going on.
30 September - ticket 3264 opened via website as backup for above email. No response received to above email or ticket.
6 October - emailed support, no response.
6 October - opened ticket 3911 via website as backup. No response.
9 October - rang CS during business hours per website, voicemail only. Left message. No call back.
12 October - rang CS during business hours per website, voicemail only. Left message. No call back.
13 October - follow-up email and ticket (3911) sent, no response
13 October - rang CS during business hours per website, voicemail only. Left message. No call back.
13 October (after above) - apology email received, clearly a mass email to multiple customers, with a range of excuses for delay and advising refund is possible.
14 October - opened ticket 4275 requesting immediate refund. Email copy also sent.
14 October - 'AbdulRaheem' responding to ticket 3911 confirmed cancellation requested and refund to be processed in 3-5 business days.
22 October - emailed Cyburthur for update on refund as not recieved, no response
26 October - emailed Cyburthur for update on refund (+ ticket 4814 via website), no response

I ordered a desk chair in august and I hadn’t heard a thing from the company so I emailed them and Abdul Raheem responses saying that all purchases in august have been canceled and I will be getting my money back.. firstly I feel like I’d this a real company and secondly I have not received a cent!
I rang my bank and they are trying to redeem my money.. if you live in Australia pls do not buy from this company!!! Then I ask is this a scam??? How can you purchase something and then when you email they say their computer system is down then say they cannot supply you with your purchase.
If I don’t get my money back I will fight it no matter what the cost as it’s the principle of the matter.
I also don’t understand the good reviews only in America and all the bad reviews in Australia.. do not buy from this company.. if it is a company.. I will let you all know if I get my money back. I actually feel sick that this has happened to me.
