Kathy Bradford has a fabulous personality which was awesome in dealing with our partners in our sale. It had been a long time since we had sold a property, so I appreciated Kathy's expertise in guiding us through the process. Kathy always made her self available to us by phone, text and email, even during the weekends, evenings and Thanksgiving holiday. I believe her recommendations helped us get a good fair price for our home and I appreciated Reali low fee. In addition, I must say that Paige Sterling, our Escrow Officer with Reali Escrow, was equally fabulous with her attentiveness, availability and knowledge. Initially, I listed my house to be sold with another agent about a year ago. Although the house went under contract a few times, none of the deals closed. Unfortunately, by the time James along to help sell the home, the home had already been on the market for over 120 days, several failed contracts.

James provided a thorough explanation for why the deals may have fell through and provided expert advice on how to get the home sold, quickly. He also helped me rent the home out, until the house was ready to be sold again. After the lease was up on the house, I decided to re-list the home to be sold. We started showing the house to potential buyers on December 1, 2020, received several offers, but ultimately accepted the best offer on December 3, 2020, went into escrow immediately, and closed on the sale of the house on December 29, 2020.

I received net proceeds of over 33k as a result of the sale of the house and couldn't be happier that it all worked out the way it did. I highly recommend James, as he is clearly an expert in his field.
