"Low Commission, OK Service"

I was really glad to find a real estate company that does not charge exorbitant agent commissions. In 2017 when I bought my home, they charged $5000 which was much more reasonable compared to the 3% charged by conventional agents (considering that the amount of work is so tiny).
The agent assigned to me was good with use of technology such as docusign for document preparation. However he did not do anything beyond document preparation. I asked him to get me a quote of the staging furniture and he told me that he is waiting for a response from the seller agent whereas in reality he never contacted the seller agent. Also, he never asked me for a final walk-thru and told the the seller agent that I am not finalizing a date for the final walk-thru. Not the highest standards of professionalism.

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We were so fortunate to have Lanette. She is awesome. As our realtor, every time we viewed a new property Lanette would perform a methodical inspection, looking for sign of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish and appliances etc. She also help us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

Thanks again Lanette and Reali team for being such a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this team to anyone that is searching for a new home.
