As a seller, I had an awful experience. The relator, Abel Siomonyan, was not professional at all. During my home inspection, he obviously left my residence in a rush. He left the garage door to the back yard unlocked, he left the garage door to the house unlocked, he left almost every single light on in the house. He didn't set my alarm to the house. He left window's open with the AC cranked on at 98 degrees outside and he didn't verify that the home inspector turned off my gas oven. The items remained like this for over 3 hours until I was able to get home for the day. His response when he was told, "Oh I thought she was around the corner" NO APOLOGY! Said he would mention to the home inspector and he didn't, because when I filed a complaint there, the home inspector didn't even know about it. Abel came across as arrogant and extremely unprofessional. If I was to sell another house and this company came across as the buyer, I would "RUN" the other way. I would never do business again with Realli or with Abel. Selling a house is already stressful but his dealings made it extremely stressful, which was completely unnecessary.

- App was a little buggy sometimes but mostly it was easy to use.
- App doesn't show all the houses on MLS listings so my primary apps to browse houses were Redfin, Zillow, and Trulia. Once I found a house I just gave Reali the address that I was interested in. So, the app not showing all the houses was not a big deal.
- It would be nice if there was only 1 or 2 agents dedicated to you (chat through app and in person) from the very beginning, while going to open houses. Several agents replied in the chat at times but they still answered all my questions. I understand they work as a team. Once I was verified and was set on buying a specific house then Reali dedicated one agent for me which was much nicer.

While I think your model is a great one and love to see you succeed it is important for your agents to realize that costumers with prior selling or buying experiences plays major role in the development of selling or buying plans. Providing feedback should not be considered as negative but a positive for formulating the selling plan. Home owners are the most familiar with their house and neighborhood and that knowledge shouter taken into account when it comes to pricing the property for selling it. Custom homes are not all the same using price per square foot should not be the only driver. Prior sales are also not the only tool to utilize when pricing a property. These are some of the factors that I think you should work on as you grow.
