I had my new frame within 7-10 days from ordering, which was just fine.

"Not what they profess to be...."

They mailed me a pair of glasses with a broken arm despite claiming to have such an extensive quality assurance process. Even the manner in which it was shipped was ridiculous as there was no concern about insuring the glasses were not bouncing around without being padded in the box. I ordered two pairs of glasses and paid for high index lens. One pair had more than twice the thickness of lens in it that was over the edge of the frame compared to the other pair despite being the same exact frames, same exact prescriptions, and same exact orders for high index lens. So now there is the hassle of returning the glasses to them just so I can hopefully end up with a pair of glasses I paid for that have two working arms and actually have the more expensive and thinner high index lens in both pair in a few weeks? So sad...
