Their service is horrible and they don't keep to their word. Instead of refunding my deposit in cash, they gave me a voucher which could only be used on their site. Very cunning people & not trustworthy. Please no one should patronise them. Am talking from my experience.

First time I've used parm flights. I've read good and bad reviews but I asked for help to find me cheap flights the Philippines. The lady who helped me was Marwa. She was fantastic in helping me so much stress relief she always asking me is that correct. She undstood everything I was requesting dates and flights. "Prompt service"

Courtesy was great, response to enquiry was quick and prompt follow up calls experinced.

"THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM"

We initially saw there website on google, we called and they offered us very cheap tickets and took a deposit of £250 claiming that they would reserve the seats with Emirate for us. The lady who spoke to (i have several email from her in regards to this), she assured us this was booked and we could pay whenever we were ready.

After a few weeks she called us demanding more money stating that the flights have now doubled the prices, we were shocked as she had assured us this would not happen. We then told her we do not want to book with palm flights anymore as this was not normal. She proceeded to cancel but refused to return out money £250 in total.

Then she agreed to return us back in credit, finally she agreed on email to return us £100 back and the rest in credit (which we cannot use as they are scammers), we still have not received the money.

Additionally, the representative was very rude and hostile to speak with.

PLEASE BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
