What not happy that I made a purchase on 12-14-24 and was on the 20th that would not received the package until the 27th and then I received it on the 23rd. The communication was very terrible

I mistakenly put in the wrong address for my package to be delivered I was promptly sent an email and got a phone call so I could give the correct address...Talk about great customer service..

What a great site! The Christmas gift I ordered was received the weekend before Christmas whereas I wouldn’t get it until after Christmas with Amazon and was less expensive. Quick delivery, nice packaging, and great customer service.

Very disappointed. I never received my item and it was a Christmas gift. I've filed a claim to be refunded for the item. Will not order from this company again.

UPDATE: package did finally arrive yesterday almost 1 whole week after Christmas, unacceptable given the date I ordered it. I also did email multiple times and got no response. When I called, I could barely understand the person and it was no help in answering my questions.
