"It has been a terrible experience"
The product was ordered on Dec. 13 and my receipt indicated that it would be sent out in 3-5 working days. This would have meant no later than Dec. 20, which I thought would be plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. It didn't arrive and when I called, I was informed that it had been sent out on Dec. 24, but it has not yet been received. I have to leave the country for three weeks and I hoped that it would be here to take with me. Now it looks like it won't arrive before I go (Dec. 29) and had I known that, I wouldn't have even ordered it. Customer service was not very helpful and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with GiftExpress. I cannot see why I would order anything through this service again.
