As such, we were not her clients and were not paying her for her services, however, Charlotte was absolutely perfect in her support to us as buyers. Despite several issues arising in the ‘chain’, Charlotte was always on top of the details and was able to offer advice as necessary. She even monitored the whole chain to ensure that any potential problems were highlighted early so that solicitors could be directed accordingly. On that point, in our experience, solicitors throughout the chain but especially our own were complete carp and so Charlotte’s attentiveness, and that of her colleagues in the office, was a godsend.
