"Awful provider - AVOID AT ALL COAST"
I have received a card from my company, it's already on my apple wallet but I have to register on the link in order to spend the money online.
Link is down for about 10 days, can't access it so I can't spend my money. Emailed the costumer support and no answer. Can anyone provide the correct link?
PLEASE NOTE - To use your card for online purchases, you must also register your card for 3D Secure. To do this, you must create an account at perx.getmybalance and select to enroll your card for 3D Secure. This will ensure that you are set up to receive the 2FA text messages that assist you in confirming any online transactions. (Your card will NOT work online without this registration)

My card can't be added to my account because it has no verification number. No response from support for more than 3 days.

I received a €1000 perx reward card as bonus from my employee. I put it aside to buy all my Christmas presents this year. When I tried to register it and activate it, I was unable to do so, even though I followed all the steps correctly. It is like the website has a glitch. It kept refreshing and returning the to pages/fields that were already filled out. I tried this over numerous days over numerous iPads, laptops, phones etc. so the problem wasn’t on my side. I rang their helpline, left my details when prompted for a reply but got none. I emailed them and got a response saying my ticket was open and they would get back to me. Today I received a reply to that email which just states to ring the helpline, which I have done again and left my information again. At this stage I’ve spent literally hours trying to use this card. I cannot recommend it, please do not buy these for your employees, the stress it has caused me is unbelievable during Christmas wk when I am time poor as it is.
UPDATE 9 January
my employer spoke to someone at Perx after I wrote this. He was told a new card would be issued. This has not happened. That €1000 was put away for spending on my Christmas presents and it is unusable. Please get in touch with me to sort this out. Your customer service is non existent.

"I was very lucky to receive a Christmas…"
I was very lucky to receive a Christmas bonus from my company. Unfortunately it is the form of a digital Perx card which I cannot be at all even though I have the funds in the card. I have been reaching out to their customer service for support on this issue and they have been terrible. I have been at it for days and every time they get to me they act like they can’t hear me and then proceed to put me on hold and never get back in touch.
After seeing all of these bad reviews reinforces that this digital card is not trustworthy.

"Absolutely scandalous service"
Absolutely scandalous service. Ordered a virtual card but it doesn't seem to work anywhere so we're trying to get it changed into a physical or digital card for WEEKS. After getting no replies for a while one team told us to contact another team. That team then got back and said to contact the original team. Like how useless is this? We are now stuck with a card that cannot be used. We will be filing a complaint with the CCPC today.

"Won’t accept my surname"
Can’t activate my card as it won’t accept my surname. I assume it is because of the apostrophe in my name. Happened to my sister with hers aswell. Not ideal a couple days before Christmas. I’ve emailed and messaged to no luck yet.

Have spent numerous hours on hold getting down to position 2 in the queue only be greeted by an recorded message to leave your contact details. Have sent many emails and only receiving automated responses. I can't get through to any customer support p remove activation lock

Update: I have seen the details are updated but as today is Friday I would expect a call today in relation to this as this is needed for Christmas absolute joke

*EDIT*: OK. I called again, I was 65th in the queue, 30mins on hold later and I was 38th. However during this call I received a call from the UK CS team and my issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The app was glitching so when I clicked 'Action' it only gave me the option to cancel the card but in desktop mode I was able to finish activation. so 1 star up to 3 stars.

I got a physical Perx card yesterday. Followed the account set up my card Status is Activation Lock. No idea if this is normal, if I have to wait, if I need to do something else, because I can't get through to customer service via phone or email. HELP!
Edit: It's great that you've reached out but now I have spoken to someone on the phone, via email to CS and here but still with no resolution. I need to buy my family food and presents for Christmas, please hurry.

It's not accepting my Surname, and I can't activate my card. Email support haven't got back to me, when dealing with a lot of money this kind of treatment is unacceptable!
